LENTA-144M Concrete Plant with a capacity of up to 144 m³/h. Equipped with a SICOMA MPC 3000/2000 planetary mixer for consistent quality and mix homogeneity.
DKM-120 Batching Complex for storage and accurate dosing of aggregates. Four 30 m³ bins, a belt weigher conveyor. Manufactured from 6 mm thick bent profile for reliability and durability.
Control is based on an in-house SCADA system. Material consumption tracking, equipment monitoring and remote access are included as standard.
PROFESSIONAL 2.0+ Vibropress is the largest in the line-up. The 1,200×800 mm moulding area – one of the largest in its class – means more products per cycle. Suitable for both large-format and small-piece items. A powerful vibration table with four vibration units and an active agitator ensure uniform compaction with no voids.
KTM-0.5 Thermal Oil Heater (TEPLO brand) heats the heat transfer medium to up to +300 °C. Designed for heating pipelines, bitumen and fuel oil transfer, and tank heating.
